What is your cancellation policy?

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows, or model appointments.

How soon will I see results?

Results vary by treatment: Neurotoxins (Botox/Daxxify/Xeomin): typically 3–14 days Fillers: immediate improvement with settling over 2 weeks Microneedling/skin rejuvenation: progressive results over several weeks Wellness & IV therapy: many clients notice benefits within 24–48 hours Your provider will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

Do you offer concierge or mobile services?

Select wellness and IV hydration services may be available as concierge appointments for an additional travel fee based on location and availability.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. New clients are required to complete a consultation and Good Faith Exam (GFE) with our provider prior to receiving aesthetic or wellness services. In many cases, same-day treatment may be available once approved. We offer both virtual and in-person consultations for your convenience.
